Wat Phra Sri Sanphet UK is legally recognised as the Thai Buddhist South West Trust (TBSWT) which was entered on the Register of Charities on 23rd January 2017 with registered charity no.1171258. It is located in Keynsham a small town situated between Bristol and Bath in south-west England making the temple readily accessible from both cities. The Temple is under the patronage of the Most Ven. Phra Brahmvajiradibodi, the Abbot of Wat Mahathatyuwaratrangsarit, Bangkok, Thailand and under the auspices of the Buddhapadipa Temple, London, care of Ven. PM Bhatsakorn Piyobhaso, the founding chair of TBSWT.
Our temple provides a peaceful and sacred space for practicing Buddhist meditation, prayer, and rituals.
The resident monks sometimes have an appointment outside, before you travel to the temple, please contact the resident monk using the mobile number below.
